My name is Mick Southwick and this is a website about my writing interests.

My thing is HISTORY - especially LOCAL and FAMILY HISTORY. Here you will find what I've been up to over the years, what I'm up to now and my hopes for the future.

My present concern is writing local history books for charity - the Great North Children's Hospital to be exact.
